+ Shipping & Returns
Please allow for two weeks after we receive your shirt for adaptation and return shipping. You will receive an email and tracking information for your newly adapted item once completed and shipped.

If there are any issues with your adaptation, please contact info@equability.co.
+ Garment Care
Wash and care for garment as specified by original manufacturer.
Close all fasteners prior to washing as to prevent catches and tangles with other garments.
+ For CLTS Orders
For orders using external funding, like CLTS, in the "items to be modified" pop up while adding an item into your cart, please provide your state, county, case manager's name, and their email address.
When checking out, use "CLTS" as the discount code and the order should show a $0 total due at the time of purchase. Once we confirm with your case manager the order has been authorized, we will send you a shipping label for your clothes.
